Meichelle’s Story
“I struggled with anxiety, depression and panic attacks at different times in my life. In my thirties, I happened upon a yoga studio while living in Richmond, VA, and signed up for yoga classes thinking I would try a more holistic approach to relieving the symptoms. After three classes, I signed up for another six. Here I am over twenty years later with a regular yoga and meditation practice, and building my best life. Now, I’m a certified yoga teacher, teacher trainer and coach. Yoga helped me. Believing it could help others the same way, I decided to learn all I could about yoga and wellness, and share it with others.”
